30 for 30 and other thoughts

30 for 30 started as a project to knit 30 preemie hats by my 30th birthday. But there are many other causes and projects. This tumblr site will be to highlight work of others and my progress with the project. Together we can and will make a difference and improve lives.

Doctors Without Borders: Q: Is the general public tired of stories of starving people in far-off places?

If so, how do you combat this indifference and disinterest as an organization/photographer?

A: MSF: I think we have tried to combat this fatigue with compelling stories about the problem but also real solutions that exist today.
